The Firm has been involved with various construction contracts most of which are based on the FIDIC Conditions of Contract or JCT standard form of agreement. Some of the issues arising under such contracts include appointments, warranties, extensions and claims. The services provided start with advising the clients through the bidding process, then leading the clients in the contractual issues through the execution. The Firm's lawyers are also capable in preparing the claims and representing clients in litigating their claims before courts and arbitration.
