The Firm has been appointed the Local Legal Expert for the Technical Assistance to the Executive Privatization Commission (EPC) supporting the Public Private Partnership Programme in Jordan” which is funded by the EU and implemented by SOFRECO and EgisBCEOM International. Our role will include review, comment, suggest amendments and improvement on the draft PPP law and regulation. Provide analysis, review and recommendation on the legal and institutional framework of the PPP in Jordan.
