Since early 2008, and upon the passage of the law No. 51 for the year 2007, the Firm was engaged by the Municipality of the Greater Amman to act as the legal advisor for the transportation sector. The Firm has been assigned to produce the regulative regime, the legal policy and the RFPs to guarantee the optimum performance whilst maintaining the highest level of control and regulatory duties.

We have drafted and negotiated the RFP and the Contract relating to 20 years partnership between GAM and local company to supply Street Furniture in return for exclusivity of street advertising of certain size. We also were involved in the drafting and preparation of the RFP and contract relating to Supply Consultancy Services to undertake the Design of Infrastructure, Operation Planning and Contract Preparation for a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system in Amman.

We were also involved in the legal drafting and advice relating to Feasibility Study for Amman Light Rail Transit which is a project to develop a set of alternative transportation options for the three LRT Lines and to provide preliminary design as well as the Implementation and Operation of the Bus Rapid Transit.
